Stairway saves space too
This client wanted his office in the upstairs mezzanine area, but didn't want his clients walking through the factory area.
Principal benefits:
- The factory unit space is increased by moving the office upstairs into the mezzanine floor.
- The mezzanine offers additional working and/or storage space, over a wide span
- The stairway has a landing half way up, reversing the direction so the amount of floor area taken up by the stairs is miminised.
- Clients can enter the factory and go to the office without having to go onto the factory floor. This has implications for O&HS as well as security.
